It's a very specific tool, Zenith. Not to be played with unless you're looking for hidden VX2, Qoologic or other trojans in the same category. It's one of the programs used by many security experts to ferret out hidden malware.

The reason it's not to be played with it that some of the files it detects are genuine. It's takes experience to know what the bad files are and what to do with them.

Thanks HKEd you have confirmed what I understood this tool is used for and that caution is needed in dealing with what is detected.
