Hi,

Can anyone advise whether or not the SBRU-10100 should work successfully with an Epson C44UX as we're having a lot of problems getting our SBRU-10100 working without problems.

Initially managed to get up and running after running wreset.exe. Most if not all print jobs sent to printer result in the Epson C44UX printing out complete and utter garbage and using up all pages in the tray :-(.

Have downloaded drivers from adsltech web-site however problems are still persisting :-(.

Fastmode printing and disable status feedback have been enabled and disabled without avail.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you.
Alfons
Hi itxweather, welcome to SAF biggrin.gif

Sometimes providing a device model without giving a description isn't very informative, but in this case if you'd used your favorite search engine you'd get a lot of hits showing the same or similar problem. I'd suggest the following:

1. Read the router manual, reset it and ensure all settings are correct.
2. Update the firmware to the latest available, reset and try again.
3. Contact the distributor and/or the manufacturer.
4. Uninstall & re-install the software that sets up the network location of the printer.
5. Uninstall the software and set the network location manually.
6. Read through the posts in THIS FORUM - this may offer a solution.
7. If all else fails, return the router and get another with a proven print server. I've used SMC and D-Link that worked with no problems. You can also get a network ready printer that will work with any standard LAN. I use a Brother LAN ready inkjet as a "common" office print device - with it I'm not restricted to the short USB cable lengths and can place the printer where it's most useful.
