i open a set of documents on my pc on a daily basis. the font says Gill Sans and the size is 10 but yet when i open any of these documents it and print them they are different font and size from the originals......pls advise

Hi inspex, welcome to SAF
On MS Word <tools/options/save>, are the true type fonts embedded to the document ? (it's a checkbox).
Some printers uses their own fonts if this box is not checked.
