How can you tell if SP2 is already installed?

Right click on the My Computer icon, select properties and if SP2 is installed, it will be listed on the General tab.

That does not work on mine as it is a shortcut so you only get the properties of the shortcut. Try holding the windows flag key and hitting the pause button if you can't get it as above.
