hi, i am ok with using programmes, but i have only just got this pain shop pro 7 can someone tell me HOW do i insert a j peg image . everytime i insert the picture i get a white box around the picture as if it is in the baground i have tried everything it is probably easybut these tutorials go round the world and i dont understand it
