hi, i have been getting this crazy message lately when i am playing an online game it will just freeze and a message will come up saying about my igital product ID and my IP it never used to do this ever can somebody please help me!?

There are many issues on this Soldiers of Fortune online games, including but not limited to virus, wrong patch/package, video drivers, and so on...

thank you but im afraid it does it with "playonline" which allows me to play final fantasy, also my computer tends to restart stating that is the grpahics driver do you thin this could be the p[roblem?

It seems to be a common problem; Google the error message and you will come up with a ton of hits, mostly with Soldier of Fortune.

Try deleting and reinstalling your video card drivers and see if this helps. Don't forget to delete them first, then reboot and reinstall them. You might check your card's website for any updated drivers, now would be a good time to install the upgraded drivers (if any).
