I don't have any idea why but recently Windows IE won't open windows on a website. If you're shopping (and I admit I do that) you can't view the item. You can't follow a link on a webpage if it opens a new window etc. I have tried changing my IE options, turning off all the blockers I have, even tried to turn off Norton to see if it would allow the windows to open. Nothing seems to work.

As annoying as popups are... not opening can be equally frustrating.. Help is appreciated.

You probably have some malware or adware running on your system without your knowledge.

You'll have to post a new thread (topic) on "Malicious code" forum with a HijackThis log on it.
