Why is it when I play online games at MSN or POGO I have no sound?
Otherwise, I
have sound during all other apps. Sound Blaster Live value card. ...
I looked at creative sound blaster live value where I saw the CLI Pary Number 2201ml0003015 number on the software.
How do I fix?

I would start with 2 things

One check your drivers and ensure you have the latest version.
Two and more likely as it seams to be web based games that are at issue check your security settings in Whichever browser you are using.

Which Browser are you using?
Any Firewall?
Are these flash based games? If so check that you have the latest version.
Are these Java based games? Same as above make sure you have the latest Java software from Sun Systems
Do you use games at any other sites? I'd try a few others and see if you have the same issue.
