Hello,

I have a problem using Remote Administrator 2.2 on a windows XP PC with Norton Internet Security 2005. Norton keeps popping up asking if I want to allow this program access which I did allow it on a specific port. a minute after I finished configuring the firewall it pops up again and ask if I want to allow or block. this goes on and on endlessly which is totally annoying. I have to say that I installed Remote Administrator on a PC with Norton internet security BUT 2003 version and it doesnt give me this problem at all.

In addition, when I try to log in with the password, Radmin (Remote administrator) give me the 'Incorrect password' error. I even tried to change the password on the host PC and then log in with the new password but same problem. I also tried to restart the PC to make the changes take effect but needless to say it didnt help either. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it solved nothing. I have run out of ideas and am hoping someone would be able to help with this, Thanks in advance!
