My Firewall keeps blocking certain Programs, Ports various IP

I would like to know more about these programs, Ports & IP etc.
I tried searching Googles but all I got were various information and not what I expected. I would like to access a site where I can get a list of these for example :
Who is operating on Port 2535 or Port 135.

Any suggestion where I can go to access such information.

My OS is Windows XP
My Firewall is ZoneAlarm Pro
