When I write cd I want the cd to have full acess (not read only)
Is the settings in xp pro or nero?

Not sure I've understood your question...

As far as I know, files on a CD are always "read-only". You can only change files attibutes when they are on your HD.

If you mean that you want to add new files to a CD, you have to select "not to close" it.
