Hey ,
When ever i close windows media player i always get the following error

i did have windows media player 9 then i went to 10 to see if it would slove it but it didnt
can anyone plz help me

Welcome to SAF!
Since it happened with 9 and 10, I would start looking at a conflict with other software as the cause.
Ctrl-Alt-Del and end all non-essential tasks and any background applications (including AV - just unplug your network cable if you have high speed internet).
If you do not get the error when closing WMP,click run, type "msconfig" without quotes and use selective startup to disable the same programs you closed. You will need to re-enable them one at a time (and restart) until you get the error. Then you can repair install what is causing your probelm or leave it not running, depending on what it is.
If ttat does not work, indicate so in a reply below so we will know and can offer more suggestions.

Well i ran msconfig and disabled dslagent, restarted pc opened windows media player closed it NO ERROR opended it again played MP3 file then closed it again NO ERROR thanks so much mate
