MSN is currently upgrading their Servers across their entire Network.
In the past MSN has taken the entire Network off line so they can achieve the upgrade more efficiently.
Allowing that the MSN Network covers 31 countries and most of their servers are over 5 years old, glitches to the service are happening.
Just be patient as it will be finished before long..
but MSN has not given a time frame for the completion."
