Hi, I'm running Real Player version 10.5 and I stupidly tried to upload 300 songs into my play list, about 17GB. I ran out of virtual memory so I deleted 200 songs in my play list. Still running low on virtual memory so I deleted the play list entirely. Then I checked out how much free space I had available on my C drive and found I had none even though I had previously had 17GB free. My question is where did real player or Windows dump my first play list, the registry? If so, how do I delete the 17GB play list from my registry or wherever it is so I can free up space? I'm running Windows 2000.

300 songs was 17gb??? I usually rip at 128 or 224 bit. 300 songs on my drive is about 1.3 gig.
Is windows set to manage virtual memory? If not, set it so windows can manage it. Then run file clean up and defrag. If it is still reported wrong, run check disk.
