Hi. I was wondering if there is a video editing program that lets me change color palettes. In other words, let's say that I want to make a star wars video. so what i do is i grab a broomstick, film myself with it, and then after uploading the video to the editor, the program recognizes the color palette of the broomstick and replaces it with another color.
e.g. if the broomstick is palette 351 then i tell the program to replace every palette in that color (351) to 734 (blue) and then it renders every frame automatically. the end result: me holding a lightsaber.

is there a program that can do this? or is this a mere fantasy?

Can it be done? Yes.

In the way you are stating, I'm not sure.

There are apps for coloring video. Are they something you and I could afford I don't know but I'll try to find out. I'm into still graphics mostly.
