I am trying to hook up this TrueMobile 2300 router. When I run the setup, I get this message.....CONTROLUTILITY WAS UNABLE TO DETECT DELL TRUEMOBILE 802.11b/G ROUTER. Does anyone have any ideas??????????????? I am loosing my head

You may want to try to access the router manualy via your web browser. Simply click This . link and it should open up your router menu. It may ask for a user name and password. The manual for the router will probably have that info for you.

Maybe his network settings may have other IP addresses in use ?
