Hi,

Am not sure if I have chosen the right forum, or if anyone could help!! I haev been trying to install Zone alarm Pro after downloading from Zonelabs.com. I keep getting a Command Line Error, which reads. Installer commnad switches must be preceded with a slash (/), not a dash (-). No switch is neccessary to refer to a configuration file. Only one configuration file can be referenced per command line.

Can anyone tlel me what that menas and how to resolve it. I disabled Norton to amke sure there was no conflict..still no joy. sad.gif

Regards

Zone Labs has a automated chat support option Here (click Instant Support). You should check that out and see if it can answer your questions.

If there was a previous version of ZA in your system, you should have uninstalled it before trying to reinstall the new version.
Get this error when trying to upgrade from ZL26A to Pro version, and had to uninstall and clean all (including registry stuff) in order to make it work again.
