When trying to open email from my yahoo account, I get the following error message"lexplore has caused an error in GDI.exe. lexplore will now cose.''
I sure could use a suggestion.

This could be a problem.
It could be a problem with IE or with Windows.
First, make sure you have all updates.
If the updates dont help, I would first try another browser (crazybrowser, firefox). If you do not get the error with the other browser, you know the porblem is with Internet Explorer. Reinstall IE.
If you do get the error with crazybrowser or firefox (or whatever else you choose to try), then the problem is with windows. Do an over-the-top reinstall of windows (same directory, it goes through the whole install and just updates damaged files).
Post back with an update or any specific questions.

I suffered many months with GDI (Graphic Display Interface?!?) in my WIN ME.
The problem disappeared when I removed my wireless optical mouse.
