Recently formatted my new Dell laptop. When I open internet explorer and try to scroll down, it is lagging very badly. The scrolling isn't smooth as I drag the bar down. It skips a whole lot while I'm scrolling down. I dont know if I'm explaining this correctly but anyone know what the problem is?

OK> I downloaded Firefox and its still the same problem in that browser too... It scrolls at same speed but its laggy and it jumps from one spot to another instead of the picture/text slowly moving up.
