I am trying to use RemoteSpy - supposedly the greatest spyware, and it is easy to create the program that does the spying, but when I try to install it to the PC I want to supervise I get ""XXXXX.exe is not a valid Win32 application". I tried this on another laptop with the same result. A google search for this error suggested that I might be trying to install a 64-bit program - is that right?

I tried this on the tech guy forum and the moderator kicked me off - he seems to think supervising computer activity is unethical or something. Believe it or not there ARE ethical reasons for supervising people and I need a solution as soon as possible. Can anyone help me?

Thank you.

Have you looked in the support section at their web site?

Yes, the on-line form insisted that I hadn't filled it in correctly. We've paid good money for this, and I'm pretty sure the userid/password/order number were correct. I've emailed their support and I'm awaiting a response, but I'm in a hurry and hoping someone else might be able to help.
