Have you run AdAware? Security iGuard is not well regarded. You'd be better off uninstalling it.

Still nothing showing, but it seems we're dealing with something new. I have to read up a little on it to see how it operates.

Do this: make all files and folders visible:

OK...that's the problem file. It's a parasite courtesy of HotOffers.

Just one more thing to do before we kill the file. Download Registry Search Tool (about 2/3rds of the way down the page) and unzip it to the desktop. Run it and type param32 in the dialog box.
