I saw where DW closed a topic on passwords. I understand and support SAF rules and guidelines.

As a general question though, providing your software (WIN XP, 2000 or whatever) is registered and assuming you have that documentation, would Bill Gates & Company be able to help? There must be some credible options as I am sure it happens.

I have not heard of any for Windows. How do they know you have access rights to the pc you are sitting at? Just cause you can give them the key does not mean it is yours....
