I kind of locked myself out of xp , I made a modified copy of xp and was using just the main admin account anyway I changed the password and it didn't see to work to well, latter I restarted the pc and couldn't log back on. How do I reset the password?

Really can't discuss ways to hack into a pc on a Public Message board like this. Your intentions are probably honorable but others reading this thread might get bad ideas.

Steve is right. If we answer you we have to answer everyone, and we could never be certain how "honorable" (good word Steve!) their intentions were. Very sorry, but I'll have to close this topic.
