I installed the remote desktop web connection service and it seems to be working fine. However, when I tried to connect to it using a browser, I got to the login page but the "Connect" button is not working despite I put in all the information. The "Connect" button is grayed out. Any idea why this happens?

does the account you are trying to log in with have a password? Passwords are required on XP for remote desktop sessions.
