After months of trouble shooting I definately have a conflict between SP 2 & Go Back. I've had the latest version of Go Back on my computers for years with no problem. Months ago I installed SP 2 and immediately had shut down problems. Thinking the problem was with SP 2, I was back and forth with Microsoft for hours. During the trouble shooting phase I uninstalled/reinstalled all my programs one at a time. With Go Back uninstalled there was no shut problem. With it installed the computer wouldn't shut down except for manually. All other programs are fine. With XP I do have system restore but I prefer Go Back. I've have not had any positive results from Symantec. Is there anyone expieriencing this problem and any ideas how to resolve it? Thanks. Hal.
