hi all,
my pc is going crazy..taskbar not working,can't open hotmail,can't open the search window.cant defragment,spyware doesnt respond,cant event restore my pc...the msn and yahoo messenger opens but can't send or receive PM...virus scan doesn't show any virus.
please I need HELP

Hi there, and welcome to the site.

First off I suggest you do a search of the site for people with similar problems because the solutions and methods will already have been posted. If you review this info it will mean a quicker fix for you.

Basically though, I would start your PC up in Safe Mode and run msconfig and/or HiJack This and Anti Spyware/Anti Virus software there.
You could very well have Spyware and/or Virus which could account for this strange windows behaviour.

Back to the topic, I what Erin n' Moon is saying is absolutely right.
Additional are u sure yr antivirus is updated with latest virus definition file (or pattern, whatsoever.)?
Cuz I've also been infected by the virus which disables my System Restore n' task manager as well!!
