I'm using Win XP Pro SP2 & MSN Messenger 7 with Messenger Plus 3.
I'm having a very difficult time in signing in my Hotmail Account. I don't remember well, but I think that problem started since I downloaded and used MSN Messenger 7 after uninstalling MSN Messenger 7 Beta with Messenger Plus 3.

The problem is that when I click sign in, I get a notification that I have 2 messages in my inbox. However, I can't see my contact list which is supposed to appear as soon as I sign in, but the 'msn guys' keep on rotating as they do while I sign in. It keeps on rotating for about 15 minutes and stop. That's it. Nothing happens onwards. If I keep on signing in more than ten times I can hardly sign in by CHANCE!!!
When I telephoned ISP and asked what the problem was, they say they don't have any idea, either, cuz many users should complain if this is their fault. They suggested redownloading and installing msn messenger 7 from the msn official website. I did as they said even though I originally downloaded it from msn website. I even tried it after uninstalling Messenger Plus 3, but it was no use.


Please tell me what I should do!!!!

try unistalling all msn and windows messengers and re installing again..make sure your username and password is correct.
msn is out now to use....non beta i mean try and download that..sorry if thats what you have got....
this worked for me i had the same problem just uninstalled the lot and restarted and installed the new one. hope that helps a bit

Yes, that's wht I already did, and I think it's really helpful.
I didn't notice it on the first day I've gone through all those hazards, but the next day I could find it working a bit alright.
