Javascript does not work.
Cannot download new msn.
Cannot drag files.
Really slow.
Cannot run virus program.
Spybot gets errors.
Safe mode freezes as soon as i try to go in.
Cannot delete files.

Whats wrong with it and what can i do about it?

Sounds like you've got something running there that is crippling your system big time.

Are you using Norton Anti-Virus? If so, you may well have the "Auto Protect" feature turned on. I've seen that cripple systems to such a degree that they become unusable.

It might help if we could see a HijackThis log: can you get this thread here? If so, follow the instructions there to post a HijackThis log.
