Full Version: error on shutting down windows98se

Hi!
I have been this problem since 2 days, when ever i try to shutdown my computer from winodows98se, some error windows comes on the way, like:
"Csinsm32
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shutdown."
and etc. when i click on ok, another error windows appears:
"Mprexe
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shutdown."
and etc. clicking on ok results another error on the screen:
"Msgsrv32
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shutdown.
and etc. after clicking on ok button, noting happens(no shutdown logo appear), so i must have to shutdown pc from power button on the CPU. why this happen?, and how I can fix it? sad.gif

I would bet norton Cleansweep is corrupt. Uninstalling it should stop the problem. Post back if that does not work. Also post back if you have already uninstalled it.
