I want to share my one-way satellite internet connection to 50 users (with wired network) on different locations (10meters to 1000meters), but I don't know how to do this, i mean what programs have to be installed on my main pc and client pc's, to monitor the users?. I don't want to use hardware router, so what software is required?. Another question is, that what type of cable's are best for long distance Lan(300meters to 1000meters)?, what is difference between UTP, STP and coaxial cables?, how many types of switchs, and which type is best for me?. I am looking for answers of all these questions, thanks.
