Since the incidences of Browser HiJacking has constantly been on the increase, here's a few links to pages that list what your startup items are, and suggestions for what to do with them. These lists are what we draw on when replying to your HiJack This logs that you post. Perhaps these pages will give you the answers you need. If you still have a problem you can't resolve, please post your list to this forum (make a NEW topic, please!)

Computer Cops Startup List

Computer Cops CLSID list

I notice that Tony Klein, one of the experts who helped compile the Sysinfo.org startup list, has abandoned updating that list and their efforts are being consolidated into the Computer Cops one. In time, the sysinfo.org startup list will go hopelessly out of date (pity - it's a nice search engine there). Even now, Tony describes that list as "woefully out of date".

Although these lists are very useful, if you're reading these lines in an attempt to get clear of a something malicious and you're not fully certain as to how to go about it, then please start a new thread in the Malicious Code: Virii and Trojans, Browser Hijacking forum for assistance.
