My pc has started freezing at random moments. Before it used to be whenever I was playing a high spec game like Crysis or Operation Flashpoint. Now it seems to do it at random times and, sometimes, it freezes when booting up so I have to constantly turn it off and on just to get it to start up. I’ve tried changing the ram sticks so that they’re both 1gb sticks from the same manufacturer, I’ve changed the graphics card (both 1gb cards), the small lithium battery on the motherboard and even turned off hardware acceleration. I’ve also tried running registry repair software and run complete spyware remover and AVG sweeps. None of this seems to have made any difference. I’m not sure if this is a hardware or software problem. Help!
