hi all
ok this is it,i am with aol, and a bt phone line,for the last few days while useing my pc on line it cuts out and i have to get back on line again, this happens a lot,if i am on line and use firefox all is ok i stay on line great but as soon as i go to aol and the phone rings it cuts out and i am off line again, and then the phone will not work, at this moment i am using firefox (i am on line) but what i dont understand is that my phones will not work no dialing tone nothing any ideas please thanks ..mike

DSL? if so it needs a POTS filter on the phone.

i have had it sorted i had water on my outside phone line, the bt guy fixed it and all is well now thanks i am up and running again thanks again... mike
