Everytime I open a program on my pc or even right after it boots up I get this error 'CTF Loader has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' Please help on getting rid of this error.

Hi Bootsy,

CTF Loader is an MS Office file connected with the Language Bar. If you don't use the Language Bar, try disabling it. <Start/Settings/Control Panel/Regional and language Options> Languages tab. Select <Advanced/Details/Language bar> and uncheck the language bar options.

If it does not work, you may have picked a virus/baddie.

I just had this problem on my XP PC.
I tried to disable the language bar and I got a shell32 error when i tried to open Details.

I removed ctfmon from startup and it came back after I restarted.
But now the error is gone. It works fine for now, which is good because I need the Language Bar.

You can try this:

Click Start, then Click Run.
Type in msconfig, then Enter.
Click Startup tab.
You should see ctfmon in the list.
uncheck ctfmon then click OK.
Restart computer.

Now you should not get the errors.
